Industrial Project Manager

Trillium Construction is hiring for an Industrial Project Manager in the Milwaukee area to oversee maintenance, new construction, and outage services throughout the Midwest.

This is a direct-hire, full-time position offering a great salary and benefits!

Duties:
-Oversee day-to-day operations
-Write proposals and scopes of work for projects
-Manage PM’s, Superintendents, and subcontractors
-Ability to identify and sell work
-Oversee safety program
-Business Development sales
-Meet with customers
-Estimates and Bids
-Manage the financials of project
-Oversee project from beginning to closeout 

Compensation:
-Annual salary between $100,000 - $150,000, open for negotiation
-M/V/D benefits
-401k 
-PTO

Qualifications:
-Proficient in using a computer and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
-Experience with estimating software a plus
-Proven ability to generate and deliver reports that provide useful insight into project details
-Highly organized and detail-oriented 
-5 years’ experience in heavy industrial, wood product& chemical or piping
-5 years’ experience in business development sale and management
-Willing to travel to sites (usually within 150 miles)
